Hyderabad: IAS officer Dr Ilambarithi K has been appointed as the GHMC Commissioner on Wednesday, October 16. Meanwhile, IAS officer Amrapali Kata, who previously served as a GHMC commissioner along with Ronald Ross and three others has been instructed to return to their respective cadres.
