Hyderabad: The Cyber Crime police here arrested an electrician named Aqeeluddin (21), a resident of Aman Nagar in Talab Katta, for befriending a minor girl and collecting her nude photographs.
Aqeel contacted the victim girl over snapchat and started capturing her private nude photographs and videos. He was sharing the videos on snapchat, said the police.
Based on a complaint, the police booked a case on September 9 under sections 78, 79, 351(2) BNS U/Sec. 11 r/w 12, 14 POCSO Act.
The Cyber Crime cops of the Hyderabad police traced the accused and he was produced before a Nampally court in Hyderabad and was remanded, said K. Madhulatha, Inspector of Police Cyber Crime Police Station.
