Hyderabad: Managed workspace provider iSprout on Wednesday, April 1, launched a 5.6 lakh square foot enterprise-grade office facility at Minaas Towers, a 20-storey commercial complex in Hitech City in Hyderabad, taking its total portfolio in the city to over 17 lakh square feet.
The new facility, targeted primarily at Global Capability Centres (GCC) and large enterprises, offers custom-designed workspaces, flexible floor layouts, branded environments and dedicated enterprise support, the company said in a press release. Half of the 20 floors at Minaas Towers have already been leased to companies, it added.
The location offers direct metro connectivity and is in proximity to key IT hubs such as Hitech City and Gachibowli.
“GCCs don’t have the luxury of waiting six months to set up. They need to be operational and aligned with their culture from Day 1. iSprout delivers custom-built workspaces in 60 days, matching the global standards and brand guidelines of GCCs,” said Sreenivas Tirdhala, cofounder and chief strategy officer of iSprout.
The company said its managed office portfolio has grown from 14,000 seats in FY24 to 43,000 seats by the end of FY26, a threefold increase it attributed to strong enterprise adoption.
