Hyderabad: The three alleged BJP agents who were detained by the Moinabad police in connection with a poaching case involving TRS (BRS) MLAs had their bail request denied on Monday by the Additional Special Judge for SPE (Special Purpose Entity) and ACB (Anti-Corruption Bureau) Cases Court in Nampally.
The Moinabad police detained the three individuals last month after they allegedly attempted to lure four MLAs of the ruling TRS (BRS) party. Nanda Kumar, the owner of the two establishments in Deccan Kitchen Hotel, Filmnagar, Swami Ramachandra Bharati alias S Satish Sharma from Faridabad near Delhi and Simhayajulu from Tirupati were the alleged targets.

The BJP agents allegedly offered huge sums of money, important positions in the party, and contracts with the federal government.
The police had taken them into custody and placed them on remand after receiving a complaint from Tandur MLA Pilot Rohith Reddy.
According to police sources, the government’s attorney claimed that because the investigation is still in its early stages, releasing the three defendants on bond would give them the opportunity to tamper with the evidence and influence the witnesses.
The three suspects are currently being held in a Central Prison on judicial remand.
