Hyderabad: The Commissioner’s task force on Tuesday arrested a serial killer who was allegedly involved in series of murders of women.
M. Ramulu, a serial killer involved in two murder for gain cases recently in Ghatkesar and Mudgul police station limits.
Adressing a press conference Police Commissioner Hyderabad Anjani Kumar said that the accused Maina Ramulu is notorious murder for gain offender. He habituated to murder ladies for illegal gain in isolate areas.
He is having habit of consuming toddy, liquor, and move nearby toddy compound, wine shops with evil intention target the single woman and trapped them for offering amount for sexual desire.
After consuming liquor or toddy with him, he will sexually exploit them and kill them by way of strangulation or by way of throwing boulder and commit theft of valuable items from the deceased.
He was involved in 16 murders so far and was arrested 21 times and convicted for life once.
