Hyderabad: The Telangana government on Wednesday announced that government offices and educational institutes across Hyderabad and Secunderabad will remain open on November 12.

Apart from twin cities, government offices and educational institutions in Ranga Reddy and Medchal – Malkajgiri districts too will be functioning. chief secretary Somesh Kumar said in a statement.
