Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a student pursuing his postgraduation at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) died by suicide on Tuesday, May 19.
As per reports, the student, who was a native of West Bengal and pursuing MA first year, died by jumping into a lake.
The university authorities informed the Gachibowli Police about the incident. The police shifted the student’s body to Osmania General Hospital for a postmortem.
A case has been registered at the Gachibowli Police Station and an investigation is ongoing.
