Hyderabad: Former chief minister of Telangana and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) returned to the state assembly after a gap of six months on Wednesday.
As the Leader of the Opposition, KCR participated in the ongoing budget session.
