Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to return on big screen after the hiatus of two long years with ‘Pathan’ which is one of the highly anticipated upcoming ventures of Bollywood. He was last seen in Aanand L Rai’s Zero (2018).
Touted to be an espionage-thriller, Pathan also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham alongside Shah Rukh Khan. As per latest reports, Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani will be composing music for Pathan. Taking to Twitter, Vishal Dadlani wrote, “No number from the past matters, no number in the future is too big! The whole world is waiting to watch @iamsrk! More importantly, we’re all working towards a kickass film with great songs! #Pathan #VishalAndShekhar #SiddharthAnand @yrf @ShekharRavjiani.”

And now, as per the tweet by Umair Sandhu, Film Critic, SRK has become the highest-paid actor in India with a hike in his remuneration fee. As per the tweet, the Badshah of Bollywood is charging a whopping Rs 100 crore for Pathan. With this Shah Rukh Khan has left behind Bollywood stars such as Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan who were on the top of the list.
Akshay Kumar reportedly earns between Rs 80 to 90 crore per film, whereas Salman Khan charges Rs 50 crore for each of his project.
Umair wrote, “Officially King Khan #ShahRukhKhan is the “Highest Paid Actor ” in India now. He charged whopping ” 100 cr ” for #Pathan.”

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathan is being back by Yash Raj films. The film will also see Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan playing cameo. While Salman will be seen as Tiger, Hrithik will play his role from War movie in SRK’s next.
Shah Rukh Khan will be playing the protagonist while John will be essaying the role of an antagonist after a long time.
